1. What are the Park opening hours?

The Park is open from 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday, and 9.00am – 3.00pm on Sunday.

2. What time is check-in?

Check-in is any time from 2.00pm through until 5.00pm.

3. What time is check-out?

Check-out time is 10.00am unless prior arrangement is made with the Park Manager.

4. Are late arrivals allowed?

Yes, but please let us know in advance so we can organise your access.

5. Is there a minimum stay period?

Minimum stays may be required (particularly during school holidays or peak seasons). However, check the booking conditions once you have decided on your dates for this information.

6. What is the cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies depending upon the time of year you book and the rate you book. It is best to confirm this at the time of your reservation.

7. How far is the Park to Mudgee CBD?

We are 1.8km from Mudgee’s CBD, a quick drive or easy stroll away.

8. Is a dump point provided?

Yes, there is a dump point for in-house guest use.

9. What amenities are available?

There are 2 amenities blocks with showers, toilets, hand basins and there are laundry facilities.

10. Is there a laundry on site?

There are washing machines and a dryer on site for guest use. The cost is $5.00 per wash, and $2.00 per 30 minutes for dryers.

11. Is there a kiosk on site?

Yes, we have a small kiosk on site.

12. Is there a shop on site?

No, we don’t have a shop on site, however you are able to pick up your supplies with a quick trip into town.

13. Is there a restaurant on site?

No, we don’t have a restaurant on site, however you will find a range of amazing dining choices a few minutes down the road in the centre of town.

14. Are there BBQ facilities?

Yes, BBQ facilities are available for guest use. These are free to use.

15. Is there a camp kitchen?

Yes, we have a modest camp kitchen.

16. Is there a swimming pool?

Yes, we have a swimming pool for guests.

17. Is there a jumping cushion?

We don’t have a jumping cushion.

18. Is there a children’s playground?

Yes, we have a small children’s playground.

19. Are there ensuite facilities for caravan and camping?

At this point in time, there are no ensuite sites, however we are looking at this for the future.

20. Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome on the caravan and camping sites. There are a few cabins that can accommodate pets, however these are limited so please check with the Park Staff prior to booking.

21. Are fires allowed at the Park?

No, fires are not permitted in the Park.

22. Are children allowed to ride bikes, scooters, rip sticks and roller blades?

Yes, but they will need to complete a Bike Licence and have a rider’s wristband on at all times. Please organise this with the Park Staff.

23. Do we need to bring our own linen for cabins?

No, all linen and towels are provided for beds.

24. How big is the Park?

The Park is 10 acres in size.

25. Is the property easy to access?

There is direct street access into the Park and the entry is through a front boom-gate.

26. What do I do if I have a complaint?

It is important to tell us about your experience – both good and bad. If we can do anything to make your stay more enjoyable please let us know.

27. What if I need assistance out of hours?

There is an after hour’s contact phone number located on the front door of reception, if there is an emergency please call 000.

28. What credit cards are being accepted?

Visa and MasterCard are accepted at the Park.
