Newcastle – approximately 4 hours via the Bylong Valley Way (through Bylong) or the Golden Highway (through Merriwa).

Canberra – approximately 5 hours via Cowra/Wellington or Cowra/Bathurst.

Orange – approximately 2.5 hours via Bathurst and Sofala Road (through Sofala).

Bathurst – approximately 1.5 hours via Sofala Road (through Sofala).

Dubbo – approximately 1.5 hours via Wellington/Goolma.
